Why Can’t I Find My Order Details In My Account
Please take the following steps to review your order details:
1.Make sure that you log into your account with the correct E-mail address.
2.Please check your PayPal account to see if you placed the order through PayPal directly. If so, you can find the "Invoice ID" in the payment information, which is the order number. This order information will not appear in your Rosewholesale account. You can check it by logging into your account with PayPal E-mail address.
