I Have Received The Wrong Size or Wrong Product

Please rest assured we check all items one by one before sending them to our customers. In the event you have received the wrong item/ size from us.

1.Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the problematic item or its size measurement (please show a ruler or measuring tape next to the item), your order number and SKU (product) number and picture of the outer package

2.We will review the case for you with our team

3.We offer resolutions

Resolutions:

-If we sent you the wrong item/ size: We will either refund you in full on your wallet or dispatch an item with an alternative item or size (if applicable).

-If you ordered the wrong item/ size: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be paid by the customer both ways. We will offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us all tracking information.
